Sure when Im doing business with companies online, every once in a while there may be a hiccup or a mix-up of some sort. If I were you, in the first sign of a discrepancy in the business you had with Z1, you should have called Z1 saying, "Hey, I got this issue with your parts/service/transactions" ect ect. Robert Lee has always handled any questions I had when I had a question. First step is to do something about it to fix the problem. Im not saying that it was okay for them not to notify you of a snapped stud or keeping the exhaust components without asking first or whatever happened, you should have said something to them, not us. True, Russel ownes the company, but he has employees working for him for a reason. You have to think what posting something like this could do for his reputation.
